ACCEPT THE RESIGNATION OF CAROL NEUGENT (FORMER COMMISSIONER TIM NORTON'S APPOINTMENT) FROM THE WICHITA/SEDGWICK COUNTY METROPOLITAN AREA PLANNING COMMISSION EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 8, 2017.

In the event the Commissioner recommending the appointment of a member leaves office for any reason, said term shall expire, except that a member so appointed may continue to serve until a successor has been duly appointed.
Carol Neugent has tendered her resignation and; therefore, Commissioner O'Donnell has selected Art Gentry to fill the unexpired term.
