Background: The mission of the Sedgwick County Suicide Prevention Coalition is to promote and implement evidence based approaches, local research, and community change to reduce the impact of suicide with the ultimate goal of zero suicides in Sedgwick County.
The goals of the Suicide Prevention Coalition are to promote suicide prevention public awareness and education, promote responsible medical reporting of suicide, and promote effective practices for identifying, assessing, and treating those at risk for suicide.
The report being presented is the Sedgwick County Suicide Prevention Coalition 2018 annual report.
