Grant Summary and Timeline: This is an annual award that is issued to the state of Kansas and is shared among the three eligible forensic labs in the state. This year it was determined that Sedgwick county would receive $23,692 to purchase scientific equipment. We plan to start the bid process for the equipment once the award has been officially accepted by the county with the completion of the purchasing process and utilization of the equipment by 30 Sept 2012.
