Recommended Action: Approve the amendment and authorize the Chairman to sign.
Sedgwick County has contracted with Tobin Rube, Artistic Work and Landscape to create an Environmental Art Park at Sedgwick County Park.
This amendment changes the pay schedule of the contract while keeping all other provisions the same.
Alternatives: Do not approve the amendment.
Financial Considerations: The amount of the contract is staying the same, no additional budget authority is being requested with this amendment.
