AGREEMENT WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF KANSAS SCHOOL OF MEDICINE - WICHITA MEDICAL PRACTICE ASSOCIATION FOR MEDICAL SERVICES PROVIDED TO JUVENILES IN THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES.

Approval of this agreement allows the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita Medical Practice Association to continue providing medical services to juveniles placed in Department of Corrections residential facilities. The previous agreement covered the period July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012. The new agreement shall be on a month-to-month basis, commencing on July 1, 2012, and terminating on June 30, 2013, if not terminated prior. The maximum amount payable is $202,414, based upon a 12-month period.
