Recommended Action: Approve the range realloactions.
 
2Q 2013 Compensation Study Recommendations:  Recommending 12 position classification range reallocations due to changes in job duties  - See attached spreadsheet for Budget Impact Statements.
 
Alternatives:
 
Financial Considerations:  The maximum potential cost of the changes in pay and benefits resulting from the recommended action is $43,801 through the end of the 2013 county fiscal year.  Budget amendments are not required to fund the range reallocations and each department committed to fund these changes out of their 2013 adopted budget.  If approved, the changes take effect on June 23, 2013.
