Recommended Action: Approve the Memorandum of Agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign.
The agreement is for 911 ambulance service calls and flight line response to the McConnell Airforce Base flight line. Additionally, this agreement is for participation in all types of base exercises that may require such support. Ambulance service will be provided 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is a biennial review, changes made to update names of signatories that did not change the content of the existing MOA.

Financial Considerations: No costs directly associated with this MOA are anticipated
Legal Considerations: The authority for this action is K.S.A. 19-101, et seq. A simple majority vote is required.
Policy Considerations: None. This agreement does not change existing response protocols to MAFB.
