Title
Annual Affiliation Agreements with 44 Qualified Providers of Intellectual and Developmental Disability Services.

Body

Background: These agreements serve to subcontract the provision of Intellectual and Developmental Disability (ID/DD) services in Sedgwick County to organizations and individuals that have met Kansas Department on Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) and Community Developmental Disability Organization (CDDO) standards. As the CDDO contracting with KDADS for Sedgwick County, these agreements assure that services are provided for eligible individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

The agreements for the following contractors provide both the ability to bill the Medicaid system directly and to receive payment from Sedgwick County for services that are provided to eligible individuals through August 31, 2015 with the exception of Payroll Plus of Kansas, Inc. which will end on December 31, 2014.
