Under K.S.A. 8-2001, et seq.  the Board has the power and authority with respect to streets and highways under its jurisdiction and within the reasonable exercise of the police power to enact and enforce resolutions regulating traffic, said resolutions relating to those subjects enumerated in K.S.A. 8-2002.
