Recommended Action: Approve the agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign.
Approval of this agreement allows the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita Medical Practice Association to continue providing medical services to juveniles placed in Department of Corrections' residential facilities. This agreement covers the period from July 1, 2013, to June 30, 2014.

Financial Considerations: These funds are contained in fund centers 33004-110, 33016-110 and 33017-110. Under terms of the agreement, the total amount of compensation paid by the County shall not exceed $208,150 for the 12-month term ending June 30, 2014.
Legal Considerations: The authority for this action is K.S.A. 19-101. A simple majority vote is required.
