Financial Considerations: City of Wichita will pay Sedgwick County $35,000.00 for easements and cost to replace existing fencing, trees, volleyball court, etc.
Legal Considerations: The County is authorized by K.S.A. 19-101 third to sell or convey real and personal property for the use of the County, subject to K.S.A. 19-211 and County Resolution No. 119-2004.
