Recommended Action: Approve the range reallocations.
1Q 2012 Compensation Study Recommendations:
Recommending 3 position classification rage reallocations due to changes in job duties.
Alternatives:
Financial Considerations: $5, 428 annualized for change in pay and benefits. All changes will be effective May 6, 2012.
Each department has committed to utilize its current personnel budget within the fund center the position is currently assigned to and that budgetary adjustments or transfers are not required to fund the reallocations.
