The MiniMPAsm provides executive development in public administration through an intensive 16-week session format. Participants are exposed to concepts focusing on public management, public finance and public policy. This program provides leadership development for public service employees and builds continuity of services throughout the organization by establishing a systematic process where leadership potential is identified and developed.
