Background:
Sedgwick County Health Department's Immunization Program works daily to increase knowledge and awareness of vaccines and vaccine preventable diseases and to prevent the spread of disease through direct service. This presentation will provide an overview of lifespan immunization services, myths surrounding vaccines, data from recent vaccine preventable disease outbreaks and outcomes from a successful immunization practice/partnerships.
