A rental agreement with COMCARE and Wichita State University for the use of the Hughes Metropolitan Complex Facility. The facility will be used to host an event for the Sedgwick County Suicide Prevention Coalition.

Recommended Action: Approve the agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign.
Background: The Sedgwick County Suicide Prevention Coalition is bringing in Dr. Craig Bryan to provide an educational opportunity for medical, mental health, school, nonprofit, and judicial professionals regarding brief cognitive behavioral therapy for suicidal clients. To host the event, the Coalition would like to rent the WSU Hughes Metroplex on July 24th, and the agreement outlines the terms for the one day rental.
Alternatives: Should the agreement not be approved, the Suicide Prevention Coalition will have to identify a suitable alternative location for the event which can handle the expected capacity.

Legal Considerations: The authority for this action is K.S.A. 19-101. A simple majority vote is required.
