The FY2015 budget includes funding to sustain current positions that provide substance abuse and mental health strategies proven to reduce recidivism.  Additional funding is requested to add a qualified mental health professional, implement the "Moving On" curriculum for female offenders, and voucher funds for indigent clients to participate in batterer's intervention counseling.
