Recommended Action: Approve the reclassification.
Recommend one position be reclassified from Residential Facility Manager to Adult Residential Program Administrator.
Alternatives: Do not approve the reclassification request.
Financial Considerations: $3,195 additional for change in pay and benefits. This request will be effective December 21st and no additional funds are being requested.
Legal Considerations: The authority for his action is K.S.A. 19-101. A simple majority vote is required.
