Scott Hildebrand has been nominated by the City of Valley Center to fill the position recently held by Warren Utecht. Mr. Hildebrand's appointment, made in accordance with the nomination by the respective entity, the City of Valley Center, shall serve at the pleasure of the nominating entity.
