Doc's Friends, Inc., a Kansas not-for-profit corporation has requested controlled access to certain portions of County roadways for the purpose of hosting Doc's First Flight, which is scheduled to occur on or about July 17, 2016.
Alternatives: Deny the request to close County roadways.
