Recommended Action: Approve the Range Reallocations.

 

4Q 2015 Compensation Study Recommendations:  Recommending 6 position classification range reallocations due to internal equity or changes in job duties - See attached spreadsheet for Budget Impact Amounts.

 

Alternatives: 

 

Financial Considerations:  $3,056 additional for change in pay and benefits.  The reclassifications will be effective on December 20, 2015. NOTE: No additional funds are being requested as a result of these requests.

 

Legal Considerations:  The board of county commissioners has authority to establish personnel policies and procedures pursuant to K.S.A. 19-212.
