Title
Request to reallocate funds within the Agreement with the Central Plains Regional Health Care Foundation (CPRHCF), Sedgwick County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC), and the City of Wichita to partner with the Sedgwick County Health Department under the Project Access Program.

Body
Recommended Action: Authorize the Chairman to approve the request to reallocate funding.

Background:
On January 15, 2014, the BoCC approved an agreement, in the amount of $208,490, for the Health Department to partner with CPRHCF and the City of Wichita for Project Access services. Project Access operates within the CPRHCF, a community-wide network of public and private organizations that identifies individuals who may qualify for assistance.

Funds from Sedgwick County for the 2014 Project Access agreement will be used to fund portions of numerous salaried positions, as well as, pay for prescriptions and durable medical equipment.

Project Access has requested approval to reallocate funding in the amount of $2,090 to purchase the following items:
· Printer: $850
· Cable for the printer: $40
· Three toner cartridges for the new printer to have in our supply closet: $450
· Scanner to connect to the netbook: $150
· Registration fee to participate in Butler Community College's Advance Kansas initiative: $600
· Total estimated request: $2,090.

Alternatives: To not approve the request to purchase items.
