On April 21, 2014, in the Federal Register (Volume 29, No. 76), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") issued the 88-page "Waters of the United States" ("WOTUS") Rule under the Clean Water Act ("CWA").
The EPA has created a public comment period, expiring November 14, 2014, to allow for stakeholder responses.
