3Q 2014 Compensation Study Recommendations:  Recommending 21 position classification range reallocations due to changes in job duties  - See attached spreadsheet for Budget Impact.

Financial Considerations:  $91,288 annualized for change in pay and benefits.  The HR Manager reclassification is effective August 10, 2014. All other reclassifications are effective October 26, 2014.
