The Division of Information and Operations Enterprise Resource Planning (DIO-ERP), has pursued the filling of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) vacancies with individuals with strong SAP skills (instead of hiring business experts and training them in the SAP field as has been done in the past). To bring in experienced SAP professionals who can be immediately effective will often require hiring above the minimum pay grade. This individual in this position is primarily responsible for end user support for the Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules of SAP, writing functional specifications, creating efficiency and ensuring that the financial operations of the County operate as they should within the SAP systems.
Alternatives: Do not offer a salary above minimum and continue the search for a qualified ERP Business Analyst.
