Recommended Action: Approve the recommendation and authorize the Chairman to sign the Termination of Agreement letter effective November 30, 2014.
Sedgwick County, Kansas entered into an agreement with the University of Kansas Medical Center Research Institute, Inc. (KUMCRI) on August 07, 2013. Circumstances have resulted in a change to Sedgwick County Emergency Medical Services' needs, and while we have enjoyed our relationship with KUMCRI, we find it necessary to terminate this agreement.
