Recommended Action: Approve the agreement and authorize the chairman to sign.
This request is for September 20, 2014. It is an annual re-occuring event. As with past events, the Oaklawn Improvement District has agreed to coordinate with the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office with regard to traffic control upon County roadways used for such purpose. The parade route is set forth on the map incorporated as Exhibit A of the agreement.

Legal Considerations: A Certificate of Insurance, approved by the Office of the County Counselor, is required and has been provided pursuant to Section 4. of the Agreement.
