Financial Considerations: The project can be funded by transferring $138,000 in unencumbered funds from B-449 (21577-231).  See details in agenda item #14-1519.

      Total Project Cost:             $690,000            

Legal Considerations: The County is authorized to enter into contracts with the Secretary of Transportation to participate in the benefits of federal aid funds under K.S.A. 68-402b.
