Mr. Martinez is being appointed by Commissioner Tim Norton filling the vacancy for the Second District Position 12 on the Sedgwick County Solid Waste Management Committee. The vacancy was created when Mr. Clem Dickerson was asked leave Second District Position 12 to fill Position 4 - Unicorporated Area, to which he was appointed January 2, 2013.
