On December 18, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners of Sedgwick County, Kansas adopted Resolution 215-2013 reappointing Tim Lubbers to the Sedgwick County Onsite Water Well Construction Advisory Board to fill the vacancy created due to the expiration of his regular term; however, Mr. Lubbers has already expressed his wishes not to be reappointed to said board. Therefore, it is the desire of the Board of County Commissioners to rescind Resolution 215-2013 reappointing Tim Lubbers to the Sedgwick County Onsite Water Well Construction Advisory Board.
