RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONER RICHARD RANZAU (BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS APPOINTMENT) AS AN EX-OFFICIO MEMBER REPRESENTING SEDGWICK COUNTY TO THE WICHITA DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (WDDC) BOARD, REPLACING COMMISSIONER TIM R. NORTON.

WDDC is governed by a 25-member Board of Directors that are elected by members of the organization. The WDDC's Board of Directors desires to have input from local governments in the form of ex-officio member appointed to its Board. WDDC recommends that Sedgwick County have an ex-officio member appointed to its Board and the ex-officio member shall serve at the pleasure of the WDDC Board.
