Annual Affiliation Agreements with Qualified Providers of Intellectual and Developmental Disability Services.

Recommended Action: Approve the agreements and authorize the Chairman to sign.
Background: These agreements serve to affiliate with providers of Intellectual and Developmental Disability (ID/DD) services in Sedgwick County to organizations and individuals that have met Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) and Community Developmental Disability Organization (CDDO) standards. As the CDDO contracting with KDADS for Sedgwick County, these agreements assure that services are provided for eligible individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
The agreements with the 47 contractors listed below provide both the ability to bill the Medicaid system directly and to receive payment from Sedgwick County for services that are provided to eligible individuals from January 1, 2014 through August 31, 2014:
