4th Quarter 2013 Compensation Study Recommendations: Recommending 2 position classification range reallocations due to changes in job duties - See attached spreadsheet for Budget Impact Statements.

Legal Considerations: N/A
Financial Considerations: $11,614 annualized for change in pay and benefits. The District Attorney reclassification is effective January 6, 2014. The Health Department reclassification is effective January 2, 2014.
Each department has committed to utilize its current personnel budget within the fund center the position is currently assigned to and that budgetary adjustments or transfers are not required to fund the reallocations.
