Recommended Action: Approve the notice of hearing.
The Board previously set a hearing date for December 18, 2013; but the district withdrew its petition to correct a legal description for one parcel and to add two parcels to the area proposed for annexation. The public hearing is recommended to be set for January 8, 2014.
Alternatives: None. On receipt of petition, the Board is required to set a hearing date.
