Recommended Action: Approve the resolution and authorize the Chairman to sign
At the December 4, 2013, meeting, the Board held a public hearing to review whether the City of Maize had provided services in accordance with the service plan prepared for the annexations covered under Maize Ord. No. 781. Following close of the public hearing, the Board voted 4-1 (Commissioner Ranzau voting No) in support of the finding the City had provided the services in accordance with the service plan.
