RESOLUTION APPOINTING MICHAEL LIES (BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSION (BOCC) APPOINTMENT) TO THE METROPOLITAN AREA BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT (MABCD) BOARD OF APPEALS OF PLUMBERS AND GAS FITTERS IN THE BOCC MASTER PLUMBER POSITION.

Body
Mr. Lies is being appointed by the BoCC to the MABCD Board of Appeals of Plumbers and Gas Fitters. This Board shall consist of seven (7) members. Three (3) members appointed by the County; three (3) members appointed by the City; and one (1) member appointed jointly. This is a two (2) year term, with a maximum of four (4) consecutive two (2) year terms and until a successor has been duly appointed and qualified.
Mr. Lies will be filling the unexpired term of Kelsey Leidy, which expires July 31, 2019, plus a new two (2) year term consecutively. The new term will expire July 31, 2021.
