APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SEDGWICK COUNTY AND THE YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION (YMCA), OF WICHITA, KANSAS, INC FOR CONTROLLED ACCESS TO CERTAIN COUNTY ROADWAYS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SPONSORING A TRIATHLON ON SUNDAY, SEPT. 19, 2010.

This is a re-occurring event. As with the past events, the YMCA has agreed to coordinate with the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office with regard to traffic control upon County roadways used for such purpose. The triathlon route is set forth on the map incorporated as Exhibit A of the agreement.
